520 3 _aIn studying the different facets of a person's job, one could easily pinpoint which amongst them greatly affects employees' level of job satisfaction. And with this on hand, employers of said company could easily address such concerns and formulate strategies to prevent the issues from heightening. This study aimed to assess the level of job satisfaction of workers in Company X and measure the gap between their expected and perceived level of job satisfaction. The factors affecting the workers' perception of job satisfaction were also analyzed. Gap analysis and binary logit regression were the two mainstream methods used. Results of the study showed that "Pay and Promotions" and "Benefits" aspects of the company had the highest gap of employees' preference against their perceptions. This means that the employees of Company X are not satisfied with those job aspects. Based on the analyzed data, married personnel of the company with an average age of 34 and 7 years of experience had higher satisfaction rate than single employees who's also 34 years of age with the same amount of time spent in the company. All in all Company X requires minimal to medium amounts of intervening strategies so as to pacify the increase in number of unsatisfied workers inside its vicinity.
