520			_aIngenuity Global Consulting, Inc., is a Davao-based software development company catering to local and international clients with its technical services, including consultation, project implementation, deployment, and maintenance of software applications. The company has been operating for more than ten years, employed more than a hundred employees and interns, and collaborated with at least 200 clients worldwide on more than 150 projects. This paper tackles the current status of the company against the industry it belongs to and attempts to provide an advantage to competitors by giving suggestions for improving its processes across marketing, operations, and finance. Global and local market study is conducted to provide the management insights into the current situation of the industry. The internal issues and problems of the company are also raised to be addressed in strategy formulation and implementation. The implemented strategies will be monitored through different key performance indicators (KPI) that are established in relation to each area of concern. Overall, this paper aims to improve the sustainability and profitability of the subject entity through the suggested strategies and to monitor the implementation to assess whether a strategy is effective or needs to be modified.
