This paper tackles the current status of the company against the industry it belongs to and attempts to provide an advantage to competitors by giving suggestions for improving its processes across marketing, operations, and finance. Global and local market study is conducted to provide the management insights into the current situation of the industry. The internal issues and problems of the company are also raised to be addressed in strategy formulation and implementation. The implemented strategies will be monitored through different key performance indicators (KPI) that are established in relation to each area of concern.
