<br/><br/> The notion of peace is determined through explicating the formation development and effectiveness of the Ka'agan justice system. The outset of this study starts from this point. Various factors are seen in order to give emphasis and manifestation to legal pluralism--the justice system itself. The Ka'agan in Brgy. Waan, Buhangin, Davao City comprise the majority of the population. Among them, several participants are chosen for this research to come true. All first-hand data and information are derived from them. But, there are also secondary data and information which are used to justify this study. And all of the data and information are analyzed and expressed qualitatively.
