Thesis (BS Food Technology) -- University of the Philippines Mindanao, 2006
The practicum was conducted from April 05-May 07, 2005 at Motherland Food Products in Cagayan de Oro City. The purpose of the plant practice was to give the student the opportunity to experience the life in food industry and take part in the processing operations of Motherland Food Products. It also allowed the student to integrate the theories and principles she learned from the academe. The trainee was exposed to different areas such as raw materials handling, processing, and quality and working environment and condition in fruit puree processing.
