There are two users of the system, the students and the instructors of this university. The students could view the scores and grade of each subject that he/she has. The student could also upload the assignment that the instructors required. The instructors could also set the grading scheme of the subject. They can also add, edit, and delete the grades of the student. Also, instructors could set upload requirements and check the uploaded files of the students. The information of this system are presented in tabular forms. For the information regarding the class schedules and personal information of students and instructors, an external database SRS of UPMIIMS was used. Only the students and instructors of this university could view the information.
