During the training, she was able to take part in some of the actual processing operations of the plant, from the receiving department where incoming deliveries (raw materials, perishables, non-perishables, etc.) were being monitored and controlled up to the packaging of the products. The student was also able to participate in the activities performed by the Quality Assurance Department. Some of these are weight monitoring, water residual chlorine monitoring, cook test monitoring, product analysis and some other tests done by the QA. Nevertheless, the student was not allowed to participate in the activities done by the Research and Development Department. All in all, the trainee has gained enough information and experience that will help her by the time she will work in the industry.Item type | Current library | Collection | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode |
