Summary, etc. A study aimed to determine the effects of varying combinations of thawing temperature and thawing time of frozen buffalo semen. A total of sixty semen straw samples from the Bulgarian Murrah buffalo bulls (B48 and B59) were assigned to a 2 X 10 factorial in completely randomized design (CRD). Each semen sample was evaluated for post-thawing motility and acrosome integrity. Results showed that thawing at 370C for 30 sec yielded higher PTM readings (38.33) compared to the rest of the treatment. Similarly, the same trend was observed in terms of acrosome integrity. Significant differences were observed between bulls both in PTM and acrosome integrity. B59 showed significantly higher values in PTM and acrosome integrity, 21.94 and 87.06, respectively than B48 with mean value of 14.19 and 88.44, respectively. The results of the study tend to show that thawing at 37oC for 30 sec is the most ideal in terms of PTM and acrosome integrity ratings. However, bull factor cannot be discounted.
