The internal strengths and weaknesses were also identified using the internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix. In the internal audit, a competitive profile matrix was also used to compare the strengths and weaknesses of RM Tinoy with the identified major industry competitors. Moreover, the external and internal factors were matched through SWOT matrix to develop specific strategies.
